WILD things are happening at the hyde!  And It's FREE

A variety of free afternoon activities for all ages.

1pm-2pm:  Have You Ever Wanted to Write a Children's Book? If so, let your imagination run WILD! Join SUNY Adirondack Professors of English NancyWhite and Peter Marino as they present Life Lessons and Other Nonsense: A Discussion of the History and Craft of Children's Literature for Writers and Readers of All Ages.  Ms. White is Chair of SUNY Adirondack's English Division and a specialist in children's literature. Mr. Maurino is author of two young adult novels, Dough Boy and Magic and Misery. Helen Froehlich Auditorium.

1pm-2pm:  Where the Wild Things Are book-reading and art activity. Art Studio.

2:15pm:     Movie in Helen Froehlich Auditorium.
