The subject matter ranges from classical literature and biblical sources to images of the human figure and works inspired by the natural world. Among the featured artists included François Boucher, Paul Cézanne, Edgar Degas, Jean-Honoré Fragonard, Claude Lorrain, Giovanni Paolo Panini, Pablo Picasso, Marcantonio Raimondi, Rembrandt Harmensz. van Rijn, Vincent van Gogh, and others. The exhibition is curated by Erin B. Coe, curator, The Hyde Collection.
